The Cecil Group collaborated with fifty cities and towns from Bristol, Plymouth, and Norfolk Counties in Massachusetts on a joint initiative addressing regional growth management. As part of this award-winning plan, the Cecil Group defined the issues and choices facing Southeastern Massachusetts, built regional support and developed a consensus vision and strategy for future development in Southeastern Massachusetts.
