for the Leverett Circle/Charles River as part of
Boston's Central Artery project. The work also includes
design support for the construction of a major art
installation recalling the historic character of

Hull HRA Parcel Land Use Plan
Hull, Massachusetts
Land use plan for a large parcel
of publicly-owned waterfront land. The proposed
plan balances a desire for recreation and open space
with the need for limited private sector development
to generate the revenues necessary to construct
a park. Client: Hull Redevelopment Authority
Norwalk Parcel 3 Redevelopment
Project
Norwalk, Connecticut
Master plan, landscape architecture,
and architectural services for this private-sector
redevelopment project. The project includes two
new mixed-use developments and the rehabilitation
of historic buildings that line the neighboring
streets. Client: M.F. DiScala & Company
Hubbs Sea World
Brevard County, Florida
Design coordination for all
elements of a new world-class marine research laboratory
for Hubbs-SeaWorld Research Institute (HSWRI). The
firm's approach supports the scientific mission
of the laboratory, while creating an overall image
and character that uniquely conveys the quality
of the HSWRI. Client: Hubbs-SeaWorld Research Institute
Smart Growth Toolkit
Massachusetts Municipalities
Model bylaws, case studies,
and explanations of Smart Growth techniques packaged
as a "Smart Growth Toolkit." This project
will help promote Smart Growth in Massachusetts.
