Comprehensive urban design,
economic, land use, and streetscape plan to provide
a cohesive vision for the city's historic center.
The plan incorporated the new Basketball Hall of

Providence, RI
Master plan to re-design the
Cathedral Square district and open space along Westminster
Street. The project will revitalize the Westminster
neighborhood and reconnect the district to downtown
Providence. Client: City of Providence
Hingham Shipyard Redevelopment
Master Plan
Providence, RI
Site plan and development strategy
for the mixed-use redevelopment of this 100- acre
waterfront site and former destroyer construction
US Navy yard. The Cecil Group also prepared the
